We've moved...

Hello Temecula...
OK, so I started this about a year ago...posted once and then never again!! Facebook got the best of me I guess!! So in an effort to keep better connected with our friends and family who are still "away" I'll give it a go again!

Everyone in our life knows that we've moved...It's been hard emotionally but great atmospherically (if that's even a word!!) ... What I mean to say is that IT'S HOT HERE!! Our house is cool~we live in a tract of spanish style homes. The kids all have thier own bedrooms, something they've never had before. The back yard is small but it's fenced and butts up to a green belt/walkway area so that we aren't right on top of our neighbors.

Our new ward is very busy and friendly...It is taking a while but we are getting to know folks there. Scott just got made a Deacon and so now has a new group of older boys to hang out with. Jordan is getting to know her Young Women as well. There are so many though!! There are more Beehives in our new ward than total number of Young Women in our old ward!! Whoa!!
Sydney loves her primary! She is lucky enough to have members of her class at church in her class at school and who live on our street!!

School has been the hardest transition of all...but we've been determined to make lemonade out of this lemon!! Jordan is finding new friends and is still constantly looking for .... the right boy!! Scott has decided to do homeschool this year. He's a part of the Julian Academy Program. We started the program late so he is just doing straight homeschool. Next semester we will be able to enroll him in Academy classes~he's excited for that! Sydney loves her elementary school...she is the perfect age still to be unhindered in her efforts to make new friends, oh if we all could be as fearless as Syd!!

So that's where we are in our life now. I will do my darndest to keep this blog going...Post pics and tell the funny stories of what we do~
